Shipping methods
Your order can be shipped in one of the following ways:
- ELTA
The cost of transport up to 2 kg is 3.5 €. From 2 kilos and up the charge is 1 € per kilo. The shipment with ELTA concerns orders with a total weight of up to 20 kg.
- Transportation Companies
Products of large volume or products weighing more than 20kg are sent with a transport company (Agency).
- Free delivery
- Within the limits of the Municipality of Karditsa, the orders are delivered at home at no extra charge.
- Orders worth over € 80 concerning the Prefecture of Karditsa are delivered free of charge by our own means of transport.
- Collection from the store
Payment Methods
1. Bank deposit in the following banks
Your reasoning should be given as a reason, while “SIOKOS” will appear as the name of the beneficiary.
For your own better and faster service, if you proceed with a deposit, send the copy of the bank deposit by email to info@emfialosis.gr or inform us by phone about the amount and the bank you have chosen.

It is the safest way to pay, as all payments are made through the Easypay environment

Paypal payment is a common method of payment and transfer of small amounts of money. The user creates a one-time profile on paypal which retains his payment details and does not disclose them to the company. This way you do not have to enter your card details every time, as long as you remember your password in paypal.
Returns / Withdrawals
Right of return / replacement. In case of a real defect or lack of agreed quality, the buyer is entitled alternatively without charge of a) repair of the product or b) replacement or c) reduction of the price proportional to the defect.
The consumer has the right to demand without charge the correction or replacement of the product if:
- The order is executed incorrectly, ie an item other than that of the order is delivered or the wrong quantity or defective product or damaged packaging.
- The consumer should contact the store within 48 hours of receiving the product at mail info@emfialosis.gr, in order to point out the problem and approve its return.
- If it is a product that does not correspond to the order, it has not been used and is in its packaging in the condition in which it was received.
- In any case, the product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (purchase receipt, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.
- Returns are made with the postal company that will indicate the store to customers and at the expense of the store.
The “BOTTLE” store does not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage of the product during the transfer of the return.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the “BOTTLE” store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally offset his claim against the claim the customer’s.
